By the second paragraph of this article linked to below, the thought came to me that this could easily be a setup for taking internal control once Martial Law is declared in the United States by the president.
Then, down at paragraph 11, I read this: “”I’m not ruling out the possibility that this is more than it seems, but unless and until someone does more than merely state that martial law is coming, I’ll consider this to be routine” from William Jacobson, associate clinical professor of law at Cornell Law School and blogger for the Legal Insurrection blog.
This is a Fox News article. “President Obama’s signature on an executive order that updates presidential authority to take control over national defense resources in time of emergency has legal minds arguing over whether the White House is trying to expand power or merely organize rules 18 years in the making.”
The preliminary consensus among conservative legal beagles is that that it’s nothing to worry about. Under normal circumstances.
Ah. But under Martial Law that all changes. Reading the first few paragraphs of this article raised my hackles because it was rapidly becoming clear that this is an expansion of executive power. With any other president, this wouldn’t be any big concern, but many people in this country suspect Obama of plotting to take dictatorial control of America and this new executive order has a lot of people in positions of authority upset and concerned. It’s not just me.
If that worthless bastard even hinted that he was going to do this, there would be an instant reaction from citizen patriots…martial law or not. Not to mention that most members of the Armed Forces are Conservative thinkers, and they hate him as much as the civilian public, he would’nt stand a hope in hell. Thats why our fore fathers put in the constitution the right to bear arms…to protect us and our country from tyrants like him.
I dunno, man. As we progress into this election year, more and more pieces that he’s put into place become a pattern that’s clearly been planned very carefully for a very long time. Remember, this isn’t just him. George Soros is behind him, and a lot of other radical thinkers. Obama is the tool they were waiting for, he’s not the instigator or the originator of the takeover that’s now becoming apparent.
Our military has always been obedient to the Commander In Chief. Will we have patriots for generals and admirals when he strikes, or will he have retired them and installed his sympathizers? One thing’s for sure, we will be finding out.
I don’t know if Americans have the guts to stop Obama.
Look at our Congress critters. They have the power to reign him in but do not.
Yep, that’s why I get on rants about stupidity. Having to just sit and watch this stuff and not be able to do anything about it is frustrating.
