Some years ago, on my second sportfishing trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, a pickup truck full of police with rifles and I played dodgem because the local piermaster mistakenly thought I’d made a rude gesture toward him. I did make a rude gesture but it was to a friend who was with me, was NOT the “bird”, and was only meant to describe my mood. I escaped my would-be captors and made it back to the resort, but that and the crappy treatment we Americans were all subjected to, at the airport, did it for me. I will never spend another dime in Mexico.
For making a gesture, I was going to be imprisoned. Think on that.
The local people, taxi drivers, shop keepers and resort workers, were all suffering pretty badly from the recession and guess who they blamed for their decreasing incomes? Yup, us here in the USA. It’s our fault that more of us aren’t going to Mexico and spending more money to support them. The fact that they drive us out and treat us like shit has nothing to do with anything, in their dull minds.
Right now, a young Marine named Jon Hammar is chained to his bed in CEDES Prison in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Nuevo Laredo lies just a few miles south of the US-Mexico border, across the Rio Grande from Laredo, Texas, and it’s practically a suburb, yet it’s controlled not by the Mexican government but by drug lords. Just across our border.
Mr. Hammar is innocent of any crime and everyone knows it, but the thugs running the prison are holding him for ransom and trying to extort money for his release.
The president of Mexico is a gutless bastard who won’t make a move to get him out, because like most Mexicans he could care less about what goes on in his own country.
When drug cartels take over large areas directly adjacent to the border with the United States, control the towns and even run the prisons, it’s time to accept the clear fact that Mexico is an enemy of the United States and Mexicans are hostiles. Allowing them to freely cross over into our country is insanity, and failure to secure our border with them is criminal.
Not all Mexicans are the scum of the Earth, just most of them. Mexicans as a people are lawless and egocentric, violent and corrupt, and Mexico, which has always been a dangerous place to go, has become a vacation destination for idiots only. Outlaws, highwaymen, have always prowled the roads through Mexico to other Central American countries. Before it was mostly the police who robbed, raped and murdered tourists but now it’s anyone with a gun and a cartel affiliation.
Mexicans are like cockroaches. They breed until they’re crawling over each other, they keep shitting where they live until they have no choice but to move to a cleaner place or die, then they do it again. They come here looking for a better life without having the knowledge, ambition or morals to attain one, only the corrupt values of all Mexicans, to take everything they can get. It’s bad enough that so many of them are here, but to actually go where they come from and expect to be happy and safe is a dream that’s guaranteed to become a nightmare.
Would’nt take much to spring him, a good assault team with the latest hardware could do it, and the Mexicans would learn a lesson in the process.
This does’nt suprize me at all, this is what happens when you have a President who is a pussy.
Nobody worries about repercussions of fucking with the USA because there are none with Obamugabe.

If that scum can kidnap a single Jon Hammar, and nothing is done about it, the perspective for 2013 is increase the madness.

Mexico is a horrible filthy place filled with filthy idiot people. The roads here are horrible and you have to pay for toll roads just not to drive on roads where you hit holes so deep it will bust you tire…that happened to me once, or nails in the road..that also happened to me, no street signs, taxi drivers just run into you, every car you see is dinted somewhere or the entire car is a peice of trash,everything is half assed, the houses here are so poorly built and the entire structure of anything it’s surprising that any civilized person lives like this. I have met other Americans who live here…they are either drunks, religious freaks or caught the idiot mexican mentality. I asked One American who lived here about all the graffiti, that looked years old, why no one cleaned it or painted over it. That person said to me that the Mexican government didn’t have the money to fix it like we did in the states. Wow. Every Mexican woman hates and is insanely jealous of every woman she sees. The men are complete idiots too..it’s hard to explain but it’s like they not only don’t know anything they have no idea how the world works or about life. I don’t know!! The stupidity here is very hard to explain. These people are not nice or cordial..they’re always trying to sell you something…I actually had an old Mexican try to sell me a dirty old spoon saying it was an antique. They’re all shady liars and would steal anything from you in a heartbeat. People say “they have a different culture” but the fact is they have no culture.
If you are so miserable in Mexico, what the hell are you doing there then? As a Mexican American I find your observations insulting and flat out absurd. Everything is half assed? such as? I lived for years in Mexico City in a solidly middle class neighborhood, in a modern multi level appartment complex with all the amenities of a US building. I have also met other Americans in Mexico, that they are NOT what you claim they are. Many are retirees or business people that live there due to the lower cost of living, accessible and affordable healthcare, great weather and believe it or not the warmth of our culture. You are complaining about graffiti, hello? ever been to the NYC subway, Los Angeles, Oakland? and you’re saying is Mexico is worse than that? You are claiming men are complete idiots>>>OK>>> specific example PLEASE. You are making High School like accusations without examples…it seems like you are the idiot, prejudiced, bitter gringo. Stupidity about what? again, baseless accusations only make YOU seem stupid and no one else. People are very nice and cordial, and for you to accuse us of “always trying to sell you something” only reflects your extreme prejudice, biased mentality and negativity. I am proudly Mexican and I’m not trying to steal anything from anyone nor am I a “liar” NO CULTURE? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Ever heard of the Aztec empire? ever heard of Tenochtitlan? Ever heard of the ANCIENT civilization that existed there, prior to the 500 SPANISH CONQUEST OF MEXICO? there are ruins everywhere of Mexico’s ancient past coupled with its interaction with its Spanish background. You must be a dumb gringo from Illinois? Iowa? because the US was founded in 1776, by then Mexico had been a colony well over 450 years with a culture and identity of its own. Dont believe me? visit the pyramids of Teotihuacan, visit El Templo Mayor in Mexico City..or enjoy Mexico’s Spanish background with hundred of stunning buildings, plazas, haciendas built. Visit San miguel de allende, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosi or Tlaxcala, Morelia, to understand it. For you to make such OUTRAGEOUS claims of Mexico not having a culture is ABSURD AND OFFENSIVE. You need to study your history, have a better attitude?? (imagine that) you may be able to find that most Mexicans are decent, hard working, affable and friendly people. Of course, you are either blind, narrow minded or self absorbed anyway. If you hate Mexico, then please leave, Mexico does not want you either. Go back to your boring ass suburban life in Indiana and leave Mexico for those Americans that love it and appreciate it for what it is

Tell us, did you have to steer around the 1000′s of homeless, abandoned children littering the streets or did the nice policia clear them out of the way for you first?
