As I said the database was set up by the Dept of ED, and involved live RFIDs interacting both with satellite tracking technology (parent knew 24/7 the whereabouts of the children), and local in-school automatic readers of the chips for “territorial denial”, (staff-room etc)
In this way, (children), it is intended to introduce RFID chips for the population at large as a means of control, linked to monstrous databases of ID cards, face recognition software, DNA, social security numbers, taxation details, bank records, real estate holdings, medical records, etc. Territorial denial being a main feature for people of different social status, with the elite (politicians and celebrities being exempt) being allowed almost unlimited travel. They will be used eventually to curtail inter-regional travel in the UK, or at least enforce the requirement for “permission”, as in the old USSR.

Passive RFID chips are smaller than a grain of sand, nevertheless they are programmable.
They will be used by civil, and military authorities for crowd control/suppression, etc
Dropped from helicopters, or drones, on crowds, they enter the lungs, clothing, hair, etc.
They are activated by the carrier walking through a “screen” similar to an airport security barrier. The “screen” activates the chip, and can read its data. The data will include date, time, location etc, of where the chip was dropped, ie, which particular area the carrier was in at that time. Whether, for example, they were engaged in a football riot, or what-ever.
Innocent, or guilty, they will be guilty.
