Super computers are getting bigger, faster and more capable as chip technology continues to advance. Technology advancement itself depends partly on the ability to solve increasingly difficult mathematical problems.
One of those problems is how gravity waves can be generated. Another is how they can be nullified.
Mathematical solutions are turned into mechanical solutions so they can be put to practical use. The Atomic Bomb is a good example, it was derived from E equals mc squared. The math involving the crush point of bedrock and the support strength of vertical girders results in the building of skyscrapers.
Elon Musk and Nvidia are in the process now of building the biggest supercomputers yet. This is how we get to the stars. Not with rocket ships that take 200 years, but with ships that use principles we are yet to discover.
Those discoveries may not be far off.
