LIBERATING BAKHMUT

The Russians announced today that they have “Liberated” the city of Bakhmut, Ukraine with the help of the Wagner Group, a private army.

Ukraine President Zelenskyy responded with “I think not, the fighting is still going on, you have to understand that there is nothing”. “For today, Bakhmut is only in our hearts,” he said. “There is nothing in this place.”

Bakhmut is now only a place name. It’s flattened into rubble, there is no city, which is what he means by saying it’s “only in our hearts”. The city is totally gone after 8 months of continuous bombardment. He did not mean that Ukraine has surrendered Bakhmut and given it up, as news media are claiming.

Zelenskyy also pointed out that what is there is a lot of dead Russians, “But they came to us”.

For all those dead Russians and expended national wealth and armor, Russia has gained exactly nothing according to military analysts, because the area of Bakhmut is not a defensible position or of any logistical, usable or monetary value. It’s openly vulnerable to attack and is uninhabitable.

Nice work, Russia, you stupid fucks. You killed God knows how many of your own people, sending them to their deaths to claim a useless, hollow victory while killing innocent civilians and ruining the lives of the rest of them who had to flee with only the clothes on their backs. I’m hoping for the day when Russia collapses forever as a military power. You assholes have been holding the world hostage ever since you got nuclear weapons. Your reign of terror needs to end.

  1. Congratulations. One of your BEST QUOTES EVER, sir.

Again, I TRANSLATED it to Portuguese and sent it to all my co-workers spray the Word in order to us win the Good Fight.

  2. Quite. In some ways Putin is like Hitler. Pretending he would not invade Ukraine as Hitler as did with Czechoslovakia. Sooner this bastard snuffs it the better. If he does succeed in taking over the whole country, unlikely as it seems now unless he resorst to nukes, wonder what country will be next.

    1. I don’t think those around him would allow him to use nukes, knowing that there would be retaliation in kind. No sane person wants nuclear war. Possibly Russia will economically collapse, which the world will if we do, and we might. It’s like the world is tilted on it’s side and is about to fall over. It would be interesting to live 100 years and see what historians made of this era’s insanity.
